We are committed to working proactively to embed equality and diversity practices across the LCN, and have recently established a dedicated Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Board across the LCN Partnership. The joint Board, consisting of members from across the 3 Institutes, focuses on identifying and implementing ways to improve the LCN culture. The Joint LCN Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Board met for the first time in November 2020 and is Chaired initially by Dr Andreas Kafizas.
