UCL, Imperial College and Kings College London are equally committed to embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion throughout their institutions, with each holding an Athena Swan Award, and UCL recently being named within Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers. King’s College London and UCL were also amongst the first Universities in the UK to be awarded a Race Equality Charter Award, with both institutions currently holding Bronze awards. Each Institution has its own Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and outlines clearly their expectations for behaviour.
