The London Centre for Nanotechnology, LCN, is a multi-disciplinary enterprise operating at the forefront of science and technology. Research within LCN encompasses a wide range of subjects including quantum computing, bio-nanotechnology, materials modelling, novel electronic devices, superconductivity, quantum and bio-magnetism, nanoscale imaging, nanofluids, energy and the environment, nanomaterials fabrication and processing, strongly correlated electron systems, etc.

Final year students in Physics, Chemistry, Medicine and Engineering are invited to visit LCN on 23 January 2008 to learn about the wide range of exciting Ph.D. projects on offer.

Those interested in attending should register by e-mail (d.ottleyucl.ac.uk) before 11 January 2008. Please include details of your current area of study.
