Device Processing LCN

These pages are intended to give a general guide to the Clean Room facility available within the London Centre of Nanotechnology for processing, characterisation & packaging of electronic devices.

The centre has:

• a Cleanroom situated on the 1st floor
  
• and a Backend Device processing Lab (2nd flr 2.02).
